Why we started
Our founder is an emergency room physician who sees it firsthand, shift after shift — patients who arrive in crisis not because their condition suddenly worsened, but because they didn't have the right support at home. A missed meal, a fall no one witnessed, a medication taken at the wrong time. Small things that become emergencies.
That pattern was impossible to ignore. Dedicated Home Care, LLC exists to close that gap — to give families the reliable, compassionate in-home support that keeps their loved ones safe, comfortable, and out of the ER. We're just getting started, and we're building this the right way: one family, one caregiver, one trusted relationship at a time.

Dr. Saunders is an emergency room physician who founded Dedicated Home Care, LLC after seeing firsthand how the right in-home support can prevent crises before they happen. Having cared for his father through Alzheimer's disease, he understands the challenges families face from both a personal and professional perspective. He brings medical expertise and a deep personal commitment to every family we serve.

Audrey keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes — from scheduling and onboarding to client coordination. Early experiences helping care for her grandmother with dementia shaped the empathy and patience she brings to every family interaction. Her attention to detail and warm professionalism set the tone for our care.
